Moonen Yachts begins the New Year with momentum, announcing that the tenth hull in its acclaimed 122 Martinique series has entered the early stages of construction. The 37.4m (122’8”) / 345GT Moonen 122 Martinique, known as YN208, is scheduled for delivery in June 2027 and offers owners extensive scope to personalise the yacht to suit their individual lifestyle and vision.
Constructed in high-tensile steel and characterised by Moonen’s refined, timeless profile, the fast-displacement yacht delivers transatlantic range and assured performance. Naval architecture is by Diana Yacht Design, while the exterior styling comes from award-winning designer René van der Velden.
Outdoor living is a defining feature of the 122 Martinique. Highlights include a generously extended 20m² (215ft²) Swim Platform with hydraulic Z-lift swim stairs, a spacious Sun Deck complete with sheltered dining, bar, and the option of a custom whirlpool. A Portuguese bridge sofa forward of the wheelhouse offers uninterrupted ocean views.
The interior concept has been developed by Dutch studio Vripack Yacht Design, celebrated for its holistic, owner-focused approach. Bathed in natural light and designed to blur the boundaries between inside and out, the layout creates a relaxed yet sophisticated connection to the sea. Accommodation includes a full-beam Owner’s Stateroom (37m² / 398ft²) on the Main Deck with forward-facing windows and 180-degree views, two VIP ensuite guest cabins and two additional ensuite guest cabins on the lower deck. A large main deck Galley and Pantry support an exceptional onboard dining experience.
“We’ve created an interior that honours life at sea with American pine woods, Emperador marbles and the finest of Italian leather,” says Marnix Hoekstra, co-creative director at Vripack Yacht Design. “It’s designed to ignite the imagination and to show what is possible when materials, colour schemes and flow of space is used to reflect clients’ specific needs and aspirations for their life on the water.”
